Does Hearback work with accents or background noise?

Yes, Hearback effectively transcribes various accents and reduces background noise. However, in environments where background noise might overwhelm the recording, it’s advisable to also provide a text input option in Hearback for greater accuracy.

What languages are supported?

Hearback supports over 30 languages for audio transcription. Currently, 5 languages are available in this phase: English, Chinese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, and Hindi. Over time, this list will expand. If you need to transcribe a language not currently available, please email contact@cloudsquire.com. and we will be happy to prioritize the addition of the language in our system.

How long can I keep my audio recording in Hearback?

All audio recordings and photographs in Hearback will be stored for two months.

Where are the recorded voice files stored?

Recordings are securely stored on AWS cloud, AI infrastructure and protected by Cloudflare.

Can I export my audio files and in which format?

Yes, audio files can be downloaded in MP3 format, and the processed summaries and transcripts can be sent via email.

How do I choose between the different price plans?

The Hearback Personal plan is ideal for simple event feedback and personal task management. For additional features, such as allowing text input alongside verbal feedback, customizing AI-driven insights with simple prompts, consider upgrading to the Plus plan, which is well-suited for projects. The Pro plan includes all Hearback features, supporting multi-modal feedback collection and analysis, including audio recordings, text responses, and photos. By collecting feedback through multiple modes, you can gain richer, more comprehensive insights. Additionally, you will be able to add feedback and upload PDFs as well.

How does Hearback ensure that sensitive information is protected?

HearBack is committed to ensuring data security and privacy for all sensitive information collected on the platform. All files, including voice recordings, images, and documents, are stored securely with strong access control measures in place, allowing only authorised access to this data. Additionally, data is encrypted both in storage and during transmission, providing robust protection against unauthorised access. To enhance privacy in voice data collection, HearBack provides the option to discard recorded voice after processing to enhance anonymity. Voice recordings can also be processed to remove identifiable features, allowing valuable insights to be gathered without compromising personal privacy.
